VDHI/INSTRUCTIONS

FOR FRYING PANEER

TAKE A BOWL, ADD CUBED PANEER, MSG, SALT, CORNFLOUR, MAIDA, BLACK PEPPER POWDER, WATER, SCHWEZAN SAUCE, THEN COAT IT AND FRY IT UNTIL IT BECOMES GOLDEN BROWN

FOR GRAVY

TAKE A WOK AND ADD THE OIL THEN HEAT IT, ADD FINELY CHOPPED GARLIC CHILLIES AND GINGER SAUTE IT FOR 15-30 SEC, ADD CHOPPED VEGGIES, SALT AND AROMAT POWDER, SAUTE IT THEN ADD CORIANDER STEMS AND SPRING ONIONS SAUTE IT UNTIL VEGGIES ARE SOFT THEN ADD ALL THE SAUCES AND MSG SALT TO TASTE MIX IT, ADD THE SLURRY OF CORNFLOUR AND MIX IT, ADD THE FRIED PANEER CUBES SPRING ONIONS GREENS CORIANDER LEAVES MIX IT, COOK UNTIL U GOT UR PERFECT CONSISTENCY THWN SERVE IT
